Our Vitality & Resilience program is specifically designed for both employees and managers, with a focus on office workers. We stimulate awareness about lifestyle and mental health, and help participants to improve both their personal resilience and professional performance.
The programme focuses on two main pillars:

The program lasts 12 weeks and includes:

24 hours in groups
