Online Small Group Program Mental Resilience

In eight clearly structured sessions of 90 minutes, you’ll learn in a small group (4-6 participants) with a guiding therapist. You'll acquire six essential skills that are guaranteed to give your mental resilience a significant boost. This approach isn’t just a random assortment of ideas. The techniques and methods are based on the proven-effective Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), which we combine with a healthy dose of humor, practical tools, and genuine involvement.
Our courses are offered in both English and Dutch. Please inquire about availability for the course in your preferred language.
Currently, courses are scheduled on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday evenings, and Saturday afternoons.
The investment for the group course is €400 (including 21% VAT), and payment in installments is available. We’re happy to assist you with that.
Sessions are conducted via Teams and will also be recorded, allowing you to watch them later if you can't attend live. Make-up sessions are not included in the price.
